Our Mask Certifications
Face Mask certifications from independent US testing labs are an absolutely essential requirement when purchasing an effective mask. Otherwise, you are risking your own health and anyone else’s health you provide masks. That is why we at Swift Mask Company have spent the necessary time and funds to obtain the proper US approvals for our face masks. Both masks we sell have achieved filtration efficiency scores of >99.5%.
USA Testing Lab Results

Our Swift NM-01 mask achieved the rating of > 99.5% efficient. Click To Download our Nelson Lab test results.
Temporary FDA Authorization
Our N95 Style Mask (NM-01) has been tested and approved for use by healthcard professionals.
Because of the shortages of NIOSH approved N95 face mask shortages resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak, the FDA issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) on March 2, 2020 to allow certain imported N95 masks that have been certified in other countries, such as Australia and Canada, to be authorized for use in healthcare settings. On March 28th, the FDA expanded this to include KN95 face masks made in China.
On May 7th, 2020, the FDA removed 75% of the imported Chinese masks being sold in the USA due to poor quality. Federal officials withdrew approval for more than 60 manufacturers in China to export N95-style masks to the U.S. after finding what they said were a large number of low-quality products from those companies. The Food and Drug Administration said Thursday that it had cut the number of mask makers in China approved to make N95-style masks for use in the U.S. to 14, from around 80. This reverses an April 3 decision which allowed imports from manufacturers whose masks were not tested by U.S. authorities but had been reviewed by an independent laboratory. Many of those certifications were fraudulent.
The most recent update to this EUA dated May 8th 2020, will also allow imported masks manufactured in China as a KN95 to be authorized under this EUA, provided that these masks are independently certified under US Standards. Under this revised EUA, our N95 Style Mask NM-01 have been independently tested in the United States and have filtration efficiency of over 99%. Thus, our N95 Style Face Mask is considered an adequate substitute for the NIOSH approved N95 Respirator and may be used by Health Care Professionals in healthcare settings.
